📌 Inspired by the eerie atmosphere and occult legends of an abandoned hospital he visited in the winter of 2018, Viktor Brand created this work in pen and ink over the course of two weeks. It was exhibited at the Berlin Underground Art exhibition in 2019, where it resonated strongly with visitors.
📌 The work explores the psychology of loneliness and fear through abstract human silhouettes and teardrop-like lines. The silhouette symbolizes a forgotten soul, while the vertical lines represent tears, reflecting deep human vulnerability and insecurity.
